    Fantasy Cabbage Rolls
    1 pound lean, ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
    3/4 cup Nishiki Rice
    2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    1/2 teaspoon basil, crumbled
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    3/4 pound green cabbage, cut into bite-size chunks (about 4 cups, packed)
    Heat large frying pan over high heat. Add beef; sauté 3 to 4 minutes, or until nicely browned. Add onion and garlic; sauté 1 minute longer.
    Mix in tomatoes (undrained), rice, soy sauce, oregano, basil, pepper and 1 1/4 cups water. Arrange cabbage on top. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
    Stir cabbage into beef mixture. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 5 servings, about 1 1/2 cups each.

    Cooking Instructions
    Combine 1 cup Rice and 1.5 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, simmer, and cover for 20 minutes or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat, let stand covered about 10 minutes serving. Makes about 2.5 cups cooked rice.
    Note: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup Rice and 1.5 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer.
