    Keep refrigerated between 0 - 4°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and always by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted to chill temperature under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect quality.

    Cooking Instructions
    Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Season fillets as desired and wrap loosely in aluminium foil. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.

    Cooking Method: Shallow Fry

    Remove all packaging. Season fillets as desired and place fish in a hot pan with a little oil. Reduce heat and cook for 8-10 minutes turning once. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
