    Storage
    Keep refrigerated between 0 - 4°C. Once Opened, use within 24 hours and always by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect the quality. Use by: see front of pack.

    Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Wrap the fillets loosely in aluminium foil. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.

    Remove all packaging. Place the fillets in a saucepan, half cover with wine, stock, milk or water. Cover and cook gently for 10 - 15 minutes.
