    INGREDIENTS: Pork Loin (89%), Bramley Apple & Herb Stuffing (11%) Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Bramley Apple(Bramley Apple, Water, Antioxidants (Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid), Salt), Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Salted Butter (Butter (Milk), Salt), Sugar, Apple Concentrate, Yeast, Salt, Herbs, White Pepper, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid).
    Storage
    Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown.
    Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
    Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.

    Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge.

    Cooking Instructions
    Oven 190°C/Fan 170°C/ Gas 5 1hr 10mins Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/ Gas 5. Allow joint to rest for 5 to 10 minutes allowing the colour to return and the natural odour to dissipate. Place joint into a roasting tray and add approximately 125ml of water. Place tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes. After cooking time, allow the joint to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before removing any string prior to carving.
